Some people have difficulty in dealing with change. I offer strategies to cope with life changes and to embrace, rather than fear change. However, some changes are more difficult to handle. The death of a loved one, loss of a job, retirement, divorce, a chronic disease, or moving to a different location, due to a job relocation, etc., are examples of difficult changes that many people must come to terms with.
Loss of income, disability, or physical changes of the aging process may also be hard to accept or tolerate. I offer tools and strategies to help people cope with changes in their lives and in the lives of their families and friends. Change is inevitable. Resistance to it often makes it harder to tolerate, while acceptance or tolerance helps most people deal with it better.
